The hotel is close to tourist sites.

Parking and room access. Good water pressure in the shower. Aircon was good and bunk beds were comfortable. Location was ok. TV was ok. Little balcony was also good to have. Main bed was quite large and comfy too.

Exceeded expectations. Older rooms but very clean and everything you need, plenty of towels, very clean linen, plenty of hot water, fanatastic staff who were super helpful, bar and restaurant were good, morning lattes were great. Swimming pool was good to cool off in, we ate at the restuarant one night and it wasn't outstandng but the food was good pub meal type food and staff were very on the ball. Bus stop to Civic right in front of the hotel, it was perfect and soooo cheap. We were not expecting such a great experience for $103 pn so were very happy. Thanks to the great reception and restuarant staff who were super helpful everytime we asked something.

The room was tastefully decorated, with plenty of storage space for our luggage and belongings. _Swimming Pool and Amenities:_ The hotel's swimming pool was a major highlight of our stay. The pool was clean, well-maintained, and perfect for families. Our kids loved splashing around in the pool, while we relaxed on the sun loungers. Other amenities we appreciated included: 1. Free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel 2. A delicious breakfast buffet with plenty of options 3. A convenient location, close to local attractions and restaurants _Service and Staff:_ The hotel staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. When we checked in late at night the receptionist was extremely helpful, happy and friendly. Lovely lady. When we needed help with the TV a staff member came within 5 mins to help us. The beds were very soft, clean and comfortable. Room size was great for a family. Kids loved the bunk bed and their pizza from the restaurant. Electric blanket on the parent bed was amazing for a cold night. Room heater worked well and heated up the space quickly. We had a room on the top floor but even thought the place was full, we weren't disturbed by any noises. We could park close to the door which was helpful as I was travelling with 3 small children.
