The room featured: 1. A comfortable double bed for the adults 2. A single bed for our older child 3. A fun bunker bed for our youngest child (a huge hit!) The room was tastefully decorated, with plenty of storage space for our luggage and belongings. _Swimming Pool and Amenities:_ The hotel's swimming pool was a major highlight of our stay. The pool was clean, well-maintained, and perfect for families. Our kids loved splashing around in the pool, while we relaxed on the sun loungers. Other amenities we appreciated included: 1. Free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel 2. A delicious breakfast buffet with plenty of options 3. A convenient location, close to local attractions and restaurants _Service and Staff:_ The hotel staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Older rooms but very clean and everything you need, plenty of towels, very clean linen, plenty of hot water, fanatastic staff who were super helpful, bar and restaurant were good, morning lattes were great. Swimming pool was good to cool off in, we ate at the restuarant one night and it wasn't outstandng but the food was good pub meal type food and staff were very on the ball. Bus stop to Civic right in front of the hotel, it was perfect and soooo cheap. We were not expecting such a great experience for $103 pn so were very happy. Thanks to the great reception and restuarant staff who were super helpful everytime we asked something.

The vibe was lovely. Friendly and nothing was too much trouble . We had our dog and we were made to feel welcome. Breakfast by the pool in the morning . The hotel says continental breakfast but it was a full breakfast with bacon and eggs. The pool was sparkling clean for our afternoon swim. Room was large with an opening window onto the garden . Entry to the hallway by room key so felt really safe. Great value for our four night stay. Happy hour is 4 pm to 9 pm .Drinks were reasonably priced.

It was a spacious bedroom on the ground floor with a exit door to a path that went behind the building for a quick doggy relief stop, very clean bright and modern , bed was comfy , bathroom had all we needed to use including a hairdryer , parking outside of rooms was great , nice pool , gym , restaurant and bar ,really appreciate it being pet friendly , but has an extra once off $60 fee ,recommend going to the German club it was great and a 5 min walk near by

The pool was nice although it was 3° so I didn’t brave the cold - my son did 😊 staff at the front desk and the cleaners were very helpful and friendly. Thank you - I saw a very difficult rude guest and the lady at front desk kept her cool and handled her beautifully $25 Breakfast was ok esp as kids eat free. Ok for the price but room for improvement - see below.
